教材概述:

本节课学习的主要内容是单词or及句子:He is tall and thin.He has glasses.His shoes are…  在课堂教学中,教师要使教学内容生活化,结合学生的实际情境,使学生口语练习生活化,交际化,从而达到学以致用的目的。

学情分析:

四年级学生接触英语学习已经一年了,他们已经适应了英语课堂教学模式,听说能力都有了一定的基础。乐于感知、模仿、习得英语。由于学生对人物以及表示人物相貌特征的单词在上一册课本中已有所了解,所以本单元巩固旧知的同时进一步拓展与人物特征有关的更多知识,来满足学生对知识的所需。

教学目标:

1.知识目标:能听、说、认、读单词:or  句子:He has glasses. He is tall and thin. What’s his/her name?  His/Her name is……His shoes are…Yes,you‘re right.

2.能力目标:使能够在具体的语境中使用句子:He has glasses.His shoes are…Yes,you‘re right.等来介绍他们的朋友。

3.情感目标:结合实际生活,创设真实情境,激发学生学习兴趣和热情,提高学生对友谊的正确认识以及对友谊的珍视。

教学重难点:

1.教学重点:掌握并灵活使用句子结构:He/She is…,He/She has…,His shoes are…等。

2.教学难点:熟练使用主要句型介绍自己的朋友以及glasses和shoes的末尾es和s的发音。

教具准备:

多媒体课件

教学过程:

Step 1. Warm up

1.Free talk.

2.Chant and do.

设计意图:通过谈话拉近师生距离,缓解紧张的心情,同时通过chant and do活跃课堂气氛,温习学过的一些单词。

Step 2.Presentation

1.话题导入,通过多媒体图片呈现,以旧带新,复习旧词汇,学习新词汇和句子。

Picture 1:tall and strong ;What‘s his name?

Picture 2:short and thin

picture 3:or;a boy or girl

picture 4:tall

picture 5:tall and thin

picture 6:shoe   shoes

picture 7:glasses

设计意图:通过图片来学习对话部分的单词和短语,通过图片的形式来学,具体形象,便于学生理解,能更好地激发学生的兴趣。

2.      T:Boys and girls,look,who is he?

          S:He is Mike.

           T:Yes,Mike has a friend,too.Let’s watch the vedio and find out:Who is Mike’s friend?  Ready?go!

3.Discuss with your partner, try to introduce Mike’s friend.

Wu Yifan is Mike’s friend.

He is a boy.

He is tall and thin.

He has glasses(and blue shoes).

His shoes are blue./He has blue shoes.

Step 3.Practice

1.(Role-play)Practice with your partner,and then act out the dialogue.(3组)

2.Make up new dialogue and act out with your partner.

A: I have a good friend. 

B: A boy or girl? 

A: ________. 

      His/Her shoes are_____( black, brown, red, green…...)  

B: What’s his/her name? 

A: His/Her name is _______. 

        He/She is ________(strong, tall, thin, short……..) 

设计意图:通过对对话的模仿和改编,可以巩固学生的知识,提高语用能力。

Step 4:Consolidation and extension

1.Play the game:You say I guess.

Ask a student to describe his friend in class.Other students guess the name of his friend.

I have a good friend.

He’s/She’s ___________.

His/Her shoes   are______.(He /She has…)

His/Her bag  is______.

His /her glasses are______.

Who is he/she?

2.Enjoy the song:friends.

3.Understand what the friend is.

What is a friend?

Friends can study together.

Friends can play together.

Friends can help each other.

Friends can share with each other.

So,all of us shoud make more friends.

设计意图:课程接近尾声,通过游戏与歌曲欣赏,舒缓学生的疲劳,放松学生的心情,培养学生珍惜友谊,热情开朗的思想情操。

Step 5.Homework

1、Practice “Let's talk”。

2、Talk something about your  friends with your parents。
