教学内容:
PEP英语五年级上册 Unit 1 Part B Read and write
教学目标:
知识目标:
(1)巩固四会单词:strict/funny/pretty和四会句子:Is she quiet? No, she isn’t. Is he strict? Yes ,she is .But she is very kind .并能在实际情景中运用。
(2)理解read and write内容,并能做对话表演。
能力目标:
(1)进一步激发学生学习英语的积极性,并能在对话中灵活应用。
(2)通过游戏,情景教学和分组学习等活动,培养学生的表达能力,合作能力,分析归纳能力等,培养学生合作学习意识。
情感态度价值观:
懂得在日常生活中应该尊重别人。
教学重难点:

教学步骤:
Step1. Preparation
1. Sing a song: My New Teachers
2. Let's chant: P7 
 (设计意图:通过chant给学生营造轻松自然环境,是学生很快融入到英语课堂氛围。)
Step2: pre—reading
1. Greeting: hello, what’s your name?  Nice to meet you, you are tall/short/strong…
2. Brain storm: speak out some words about appearance and nature.
3. Make a sentence with these words.
4. T: Do you like your new teacher?
S: Yes.
T: I think her class is so much fun.(板书,并重点重复操练)
(设计意图:通过老师口述一些单词的复现,调动学生大脑中所有有关描述外貌和性格的单词的记忆,使学生回忆起所有知道的单词,并为后面的学习做好铺垫。除此之外之外,对前面所学的“who’s your math teacher?/what’s she like?”句型进行了巩固练习,操练完成后十分自然就引出了本课的重点句型“Is she/ he..?”)
Step3. In-reading
1. General reading:
T: You have many new teachers. Now JIM has a mew teacher too.
Please open your books and turn to page 9. Look at the pictures. Who are they?( (引导学生看图并回答课文中出现的人物).
(设计意图:学生首先看图片,口头完成整体性问题,让学生整体感知对话内容)
T: They are talking about their new teachers. Please read quickly and answer the questions:
Tick or cross.
Q1: Jim has a new math teacher?   (    )
Q2: The teacher is old.  (    )
Q3: The teacher is quite. (    )
(设计意图:学生通过快速浏览,从而了解对话大致内容)
2. Detailed reading
 T: The teacher isn’t old. She isn’t young. What’s she like?
Please read carefully and try to answer.
Q: What’s she like?
(学生通过反复朗读,找到本段对话的中心重点内容,并从朗读中品味语言。通过听读,模仿语音语调,在运用不同形式如师领读、师生读、小组读、汇报读等,再次感知理解课文。)
3. Write the four skills sentences.
(设计意图:本课是一节读写课,写是不可缺少的一部分,以学生为主体,进行快乐读写,是本节课的意旨所在。以拼写为主线,写词写句,我采取学生拼读老师示范书写单词和句子,再通过一拼一写、完成填空、等活动加强拼写的记忆,养成良好的书写习惯。)
Step4: Post- reading
1. Act the dialogue.
2. Talk about your new teachers.
3. Write a composition about your teacher.
4. Homework: tell your parents about your teachers.
(设计意图:学习语言的最终目的是交际运用,通过说老师这个场景帮助学生理解课文,同时也是学生将学到的语言运用到实际生活中去。)
